Amouage Interlude Woman was launched in 2012. The fragrance represents the enlightening moment when someone overcomes trials and can subsequently be satisfied with their own achievement. Karine Vinchon Spehner is the nose behind this seductive women's fragrance. In the top notes, she blended fresh accords of bergamot and grapefruit with ginger and marigold. The heart is a complex mix. Floral notes of immortelle, jasmine, orange blossom, and rose are combined with honey, kiwi, coffee, incense, sandalwood, gum parsnip, and walnut, among others. The base also has a very diverse composition. Woody notes of oud and sandalwood combine with the warmth of leather, vanilla, amber, and benzoin. Musk and tonka bean provide the finishing touch.
