L'Aimant is the very first fragrance by Francisco Coty. L'aimant means magnet in French. The composition is elegant, refined, with a classic combination of flowers. The fragrance opens with a top of bergamot, neroli, peach, and aldehydes. The heart consists of geranium, rose, orchid, jasmine, and ylang-ylang. Vetiver, musk, vanilla, sandalwood, tonka bean, and cedar form the base. L'aimant was launched by Coty in 1927.
