Sauvage by Dior was launched in 2015, advertised by Johnny Depp. The name 'Sauvage' is derived from the fragrance Eau Sauvage, released in 1966; however, the two do not belong to the same collection. Sauvage is inspired by a wild public environment: blue skies, rocky landscapes, and heat under the desert sun. The fragrance opens with notes of pepper and Calabrian bergamot. Heart notes are geranium, lavender, Sichuan pepper, elemi, pink pepper, vetiver, and patchouli. The base is formed by cedar, labdanum, and ambroxan. Francois Demachy is the perfumer behind this perfume.

The 30ml and 100ml bottles are refillable.
