Reminiscence Oud is named after a region in present-day India, where a tree called aquilaria grows deep in the forests. The resin of this tree emits a scent that leans towards a dark, masculine amber fragrance. Due to this sought-after aroma, the tree was logged so extensively that it is now on the list of potentially endangered flora. Fortunately, the aroma is now supplied by various perfume laboratories in a 'nature-identical' form. The perfume contains Pink Pepper, Saffron, Cardamom, Rose, Amber, Agarwood (Oud), Castoreum, and Patchouli. The oriental spicy blend was launched in 2012.
