In 2010, Acqua di Parma launched the fragrance Essenza di Colonia. This fragrance for men is both stylish and elegant. Essenza di Colonia uses various notes such as citrus-woody notes of bergamot, lemon, mandarin, orange, grapefruit, petit grain, neroli, sage, rosemary, lily of the valley, rose accords, jasmine, patchouli, vetiver, white musk, and amber. The black & white signifies the brand's tradition and refers to the classic Art Deco bottle from 1916. The face of the advertising campaign was Giovanni Gastel.
